New sets of back-shifted level density parameters

Description
A total of 652 sets of more reliable and new experimental data are collected and evaluated. The level missing for the data collected is also corrected. New sets of level density parameters are obtained by fitting these data for 318 nuclei, which are better improved than Dilg's et al. The spin cut-off factor expression is also improved
