Intrinsic neutrino properties (physics of anomalous phenomena)
Creators

Description
There are several anomalies or ''deficits'' in neutrino physics: the deficit of the electron neutrino flux from the Sun, the deficit of the muon neutrinos in the atmospheric flux, the 17 kev anomaly in beta spectra etc. The anomalies can be considered as the indications on nonzero values of the neutrino masses, mixing and/or magnetic moments. In this connection we will review some new theoretical ideas related to these neutrino properties. (orig.)
