Description

It developed a LVDS circuit applied for high-energy physics detector readout system. The circuit is fully compatible with low-voltage differential signaling (LVDS) standard. Due to the differential transmission technique and the low voltage swing, LVDS allows high transmission speeds and low power consumption at the same time, also, the circuit can achieve a point-to-point or multipoint connections and transmission. The circuit includes driver and receiver, both were designed with 0.35 μm/3.3 V CMOS process, and the testing results show that the circuit works properly. (authors)
