Controls of radioactivity by hydrogen peroxide in reactor coolant system
- 1. Korea Advanced Energy Research Inst., Seoul (Republic of Korea)
Description
A dissolution study of cobalt oxides in boric acid solution containing hydrogen peroxide has been carried out at 60degC. The ionic species produced when the cobalt oxides is dissolved by hydrogen peroxide is likely to be HCoO2- and its conversion to Co2O3 by oxidation of dissolved oxygen was observed. (Author)
