Velocity of electric charge transfer across the interface of Pt-V2O5-V2O4 melt and capacitance of double electric layer

Description
The process of the electric charge transition across the platinum electrode - V2O5-V2O4 semi-conductor melt interface has been studied using the Coulomb static method. It is found that the electrode double layer capacity is high and increases with the growth of the temperature, 0C-MF/cm2; 660-1040; 680-106O; 705-1463; 735-2020. Computed have been the values of the exchange process currents: V4+(3d1) - [e] reversible V5+(3d0), 0C-A(cm2:660-11.3; 680-13.9; 705-47.3; 735-69.5.
