Description
Gonadal deposits of 237Pu have been measured after intravenous injection into four healthy male volunteers. In two subjects early uptake was found in excess of the ICRP's estimate of 0.035%, but a total of nine estimates in the four subjects between 30 and 86 days showed a mean retention of only 0.015 ± 0.005 (sem) %.
