Energy losses in dislocation friction soliton model of irradiated materials
Description
A new model based on sine-Gordon equation for dislocation segment displacement is proposed. Average energy losses owing to internal friction of dislocation oscillations are calculated. Dislocation segment dynamics under external both constant and harmonic strength is considered. (authors)
