Preparation of superconducting LnBa/sub 2/Cu/sub 3/O/sub 7-δ/ powders by ball milling and their properties
Description
Highly dense superconducting ceramics of LnBa/sub 2/Cu/sub 3/O/sub 7-δ/ were prepared from very careful mixing with small size (1-2mmPHI) zirconia balls in ethyl-alcohol. Relative density above 95% has been obtained by this method. However, Tc depends on thickness of the polished surface
