Structure of inner couplings in exclusive reactions
Description
The magnitude of the inner couplings is investigated from the analyses of partial cross sections of π-p and pp interactions by means of a simplified multi-Regge model. It is clarified that the inner pomeron coupling g2PM is very small compared with the inner-meson one g2MM, i.e., g2PM / g2MM≃0.01. This result leads to a switch-over mechanism of dominant reaction mechanism with increasing energy.
