Numerical investigation of coating synthesis on the base at the reaction initiation by moving energy source

Description

Two dimensional model of coating synthesis is suggested for the condition of electron-beam treatment. The results of numerical investigations of the model are presented and illustrate the role of technology parameters in the conversion regimes. It is shown that the conversion degree (hence, the chemical compound of the coating) depends essentially on treatment regime. (authors)
