Wave propagation in a moving cold magnetized plasma

Description

Polarization relations and dispersion equations are derived for media electrically anisotropic in the comoving frame. The obtained results are discussed mainly for cold magnetized plasmas, briefly for uniaxial dielectric crystals. Special directions of wave propagation are considered. (orig.)
