Fabrication, structural and electrical properties of Sr(V,Nb)O3-δ perovskite materials
- 1. Gdańsk University of Technology, Faculty of Applied Physics and Mathematics, Solid State Physics Department, ul. G. Narutowicza 11/12 80-233 Gdańsk (Poland)
Description
Highlights: • The samples of SrV1-xNbxO3-δ were successfully prepared by a SSR method. • The XRD, SEM, XPS studies were performed in a function of Nb content. • The DC 4-wire studies showed the highest conductivity for SrV0.8Nb0.2O3-δ. • SrV1-xNbxO3-δ materials can be considered as a potential material in SOEC devices.
