On NQR spectra of copper in oxygen-deficite specimens of YBa2Cu3O7-δ (δ<0.5)

Description
Evolution of NQR spectra of 63Cu is discussed for ceramic YBa2Cu3O7-δ specimens of superconducting compositions with δ≤0.5 in connection with manifestation of ordering in the nearest surrounding of Cu1 copper atoms. The highest degree of disordering was revealed for 0.1<δ<0.25 compositions. The behaviour of spin-spin relaxation rate of copper atoms in Cu2-0 planes testifies to increase of correlation length in the region of values, preceding the transformation to semiconductor state
