Simple estimation of the parameters of effective nucleon-nucleon interactions near the nuclear surface

Description
Parameters of the Zero harmonics of the invariant Landau-Migdal amplitudes in the nuclear surface vicinity are expressed in terms of the analytic continuation of the NN-scattering T-matrix in the negative energy region. A simple calculation of the asymptotic values of these parameters yields a reasonable agreement with their phenomenological values
