Evaluation of Pu-241 content in soils of Chernobyl NPP 30-km zone

Description
Concentration of 241Pu was determined by remeasurement of counting disks with Pu-fraction extracted in 1990 in the samples taken in various location of 30-km zone of the Chernobyl NPP.Level of density of contamination with 241Pu were 6.4 centre dot 102 - 2.7 centre dot 104 kBg/m2 (26.04.1986). Determined ratio of activities 241Pu/239=240Pu was 68 ± 6,theoretically calculated ratio was 73 ± 5 and differed insignificantly the experimental value
