Description
Simulation of Ti-indiffused waveguides on LiNbO3 is described. The influence of diffusion conditions and technological parameters on the waveguide mode structure is considered. Boundaries of multimode, single-mode, and single-mode polarizing regimes of operation are defined. (paper)
