Description
Two imidazole-type task-specific ionic liquids (TSILs) were designed and synthesized through the introduction of tributyl phosphates (TBP) functional structure in cationic of the TSILs. They also can be as solvent and extractive agent for extracting uranyl ion in nitric acid media. Their structures were confirmed by using Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR), nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum (1H NMR) and element analysis. The extractive performances of these TSILs for uranyl ion in nitric acid medium were studied. Results show that these TSILs synthesized above can be used to extract uranyl ion in nitric acid media under room temperature, and the extraction rate can reach more than 90%. (authors)
