A study on the architectural planning of radiology department in general hospital

Description
The aim of this study is to get the necessary data and to establish a direction as the guideline for the diagnostic radiology department planning and design by the analysis of it's scale in general hospital. The size of diagnostic radiology department was calculated as follows, from the relation the number of beds and X-ray rooms. R = 0.0162B R = Number of X-ray rooms B Number of beds. The planning of the radiology department size should be considered not in the way only to provide the optimal size but in the way how it will correspond to the change of the departments, namely in the meaning of Life-cycle of Radiology Department
