Dielectronic recombination cross section for Cl7+

Description

The resonant dielectronic recombination cross section is estimated for a Cl7+ target interacting with incident electrons in the 10approx.20-rydberg range. Cross sections averaged over energy bins of size ΔE = 0.1 Ry are approximately (1--3) x 10-19 cm2
