Adhesion strength of coating of tungsten fluoride with molybdenum substrate
Description
Results of quantitative determination of adhesion strength of tungsten fluoride coatings, deposited on cylindrical and plane substrates monocrystalline and polycrystalline molybdenum and VM-1 molybdenum alloy, are presented. It is shown that the maximum adhesion strength between layers of composition on the base of molybdenum with tungsten coating, prepared by hydrogen reduction from its hexafluoride, is reached when tungsten is deposited at 700-800 deg C with the following annealing at 1300 deg C
