From radiation physics to radiation technologies of metals treatment

Description
Researches are carried out in irradiated metals for the purpose of definition of radiation phenomena (embrittlement, swelling, strengthening, diffusion, phase-structural transformations and others) with different mechanisms. Computer model permitting simulate of cracks propagation mechanisms in both a molybdenum and an alpha-iron under zero- and finite temperatures within wide range of applied tensions is worked out. Advantages of computer simulating by radiation swelling rate evolution are shown. New sequences of generation and development of volume helium blistering in copper, ShKh15 steel, Kh16N15M35, 03Kh20N45M4BRTs austenitic stainless steels under temperatures higher of 0,16 Tmelt are found. Researches of impurity atmospheres around dislocations and pores influence on radiation swelling and creep are conducted. Processes of phase transformation in metal-metalloid (Mo:N+, Ti:Ni+, Mo:C+, Ni:C+, Fe:C+, Fe:N+, Fe:B+, FeO+) implantation systems are studied. New method of thermodynamically compatible covers manufacturing with constructive materials is proposed. Perspective trends of ion technologies related with getting of band superconductors with plasma cover from niobium nitride and super hard compound of titanium nitride in cluster form with help of plasma chemical units are considered
