The n-p FSI angular distribution in deuteron breakup at 45 MeV

Description
The Final State Interaction (FSI) region of phase space is interesting because of the sensitivity of the cross section to both on-shell and off-shell effects. It has been pointed out previously that the FSI region is sensitive to off-shell effects and that the sensitivity increases with energy. The present experiment was performed to provide an FSI angular distribution at an energy higher than previously available. The exeriment was performed with the NRL Sector Focusing Cyclotron using standard coincidence electronics for kinematically complete experiments. (Auth.)
