Renormalization and spectral representation in noncovariant gauges
Description
A direct relation is obtained between the gluon propagator in a noncovariant gauge and the gluon propagator in a special covariant gauge. In the order α2s, the relation is realized by means of a choice of the gauge α parameter, α*R=-3[1+(5/6)2(αs/4π)N]. The translationally noninvariant spectral functions in noncovariant gauges are expressed in terms of the spectral function in the covariant α*R gauge. Multiplicative renormalizability is realized in all orders of perturbation theory
