The semiempirical formulas for peak energy calculations of giant dipole resonances

Description
The semiempirical peak energy formulas of the giant dipole resonance double peaks for large deformation regions are reasonably derived in terms of the single peak giant dipole resonance formula presented by Zeng Jinyan and Yang Fujia and the nuclear deformation parameter. The peak energies available in the nuclear mass region 50<A<250 can be well reproduced by using these formulas
