Two radial orbitals for a shell of equivalent electrons

A modification of the exapnded calculation method is considered in which the radial of the wave function of the LN-shell is described by two different radial orbitals. An expression for atom energy has been obtained in the case when the wave function of only shell is approximated by the pointed out method. For that case the Hartree-Fock type equations have been derived. The results of application of that calculation method for atoms with s-, p-, d- and f-outer shells are analysed
