This report shows the summary of the development and testing program since 1983 of Mitsui/Juelich incineration system, using the demonstration plant built in the Chiba works under the license of Kernforschungsanlage Juelich GmbH and Kraftanlagen Aktiengesellschaft Heidelberg, Federal Republic of Germany. The test operation of the Demonstration plant was to confirm important data necessary for safety licensing, features such as combustion characteristics, decontamination factor of off gas purification system, and lifetime of off gas filters etc. were established
