L=3 torsatron magnetic configuration with quadrupole field

Description
Three methods of creation the S>0 shear in the overall confinement volume in regimes with the magnetic well were studied on the URAGAN-3M torsatron model. It was found a decision that does not demand of multipolarity changing p=4 of the vertical field coil system. (author). 6 refs, 7 figs
