The instanton-generated CP-violating perturbation is shown to have a form 3theta-barm/sub u/m/sub d/m/sub s// (m/sub u/m/sub d/ + m/sub u/m/sub s/ + m/sub d/m/sub s/) (psi-bariγ5psi) for theta-bar very-much-less-than 1. The induced neutron electric dipole moment, evaluated in the framework of the MIT bag model, is d/sub n/ < 8.2 x 10-16theta-bar e cm
