Gap singularities of volt-ampere characteristics of superconducting junctions with direct conductivity
Creators
Description
This article reviews works dedicated to singularities of gaps in the current-voltage characteristics of junctions with direct conductivity. Significant attention is given to analysis of the specifics observed in bridges and tunnel contacts with shorts consisting of superconductors with A15 lattice. They are explained by introducing phenomenological theoretical models. Experimental data obtained to date are partially contradictory and do not always agree with the models
