Structure of assembly for neutron detector

Description

The present invention concerns a structure of an assembly in a neutron detector to be utilized for reactor instrumentation. A cable can be disposed to a channel structural material while ensuring earthquake proofness and heat resistance. That is, in the assembly structure of the present invention, a channel for supporting a neutron detector in a guide tube is constituted with a channel structural material made of steel. Cable supporting members made of ceramics are disposed to the channel structural material for insulating and supporting the cable. With such a structure, the cable supporting member made of ceramics prevent sliding contact between each of the cables and between the cable and the surrounding structural material by vibration of the channel upon occurrence of earthquakes. As a result, degradation of insulation between them can be prevented. (I.S.)
