Problems of thermal diffuse scattering difractogram interpretation

Description
The basic rules for decoding diffuse scattering patterns are formulated on the basis of comparison of the theoretically calculated and experimental roentgeno- and electronograms of thermal diffuse scattering on single-phase ordered defectless crystals. A number of examples of particular crystals is used as an illustration
