Effect of molybdophosphoric acid on thermal layer growth on InP

Description
The processes of growth of thermal layers on InP in the presence of molybdophosphoric acid are investigated. It is determined that introduction of activator in the system promotes phosphate formation in comparison with thermal oxidation of indium phosphide without H7[P(Mo2O7)6]·nH2O
