Description
Development of techniques of thin layers of compounds II-VI allows currently the use of substrates having mesh parameter well different from those of the epitaxy layer. A systematic study of stresses in CdTe layers, with molecular beam epitaxy on substrate Cd0.96Zn0.04Te, has been made in relation to depthx by X-ray diffraction on planes parallel to surface and by study of the absorption line
Abstract (French)
Le developpement des techniques d'elaboration en couches minces de composes II-VI permet actuellement l'utilisation de substrats pouvant avoir des parametres de maille tres differents de la couche epitaxiee. Une etude systematique des contraintes dans des couches de CdTe epitaxiees par jets moleculaires sur substrat Cd0,96Zn0,04Te (desaccord de maille f=2,2.10-3) en fonction de l'epaisseur a ete faite par diffraction de rayons X sur des plans paralleles a la surface, et par l'etude du dedoublement de la raie d'absorptionFiles
