Zonal control experiments in ZERLINA
- 1. Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Bombay (India)
Description
In heavy water moderated reactors of large size, various regions of the reactor are loosely coupled and interact with each other through the leakage neutrons. This loose coupling affects the reactor stability which requires control during the operation. The proposed static and dynamic experiments to be performed in ZERLINA to help the design of such a zonal control system are described. (author)
