Establishment of ultraviolet-resistant cells from the highly sensitive human clonal cell line, RSb
Description
The authors report the high UV sensitivity of established human clonal cell line, RSb and the establishment of its variant strains of increasing resistance to UV by using methanesulfonate (EMS) as a mutagen. The susceptibility of these cells to the chemical agents 4-nitroquinoline 1-oxide (4NQO) and MNNG is also tested. (Auth.)
