Registration of charged particles in condition of gamma-radiation background

Description
A double silicon detector for detection of charged particles under conditions of great gamma-radiation background is proposed. devices set consisting of two silicon detectors, two low-noise charge preamplifiers, two shapers amplifiers, discriminator, personal computer with analog-to-digital converters is developed. The software is developed and investigations of this devices set are performed in coincidence of the signals from the planar silicon detectors
Abstract (Russian)
Предложен сдвоенный кремниевый детектор, работающий в режиме совпадений, для регистрации заряженных частиц при наличии значительного фона гамма-излучения. Разработан измерительный комплекс, включающий детектор, два зарядово-чувствительных предусилителя, два усилителя-формирователя, дискриминатор-формирователь стандартного сигнала, персональный компьютер со встроенным аналого-цифровым преобразователем.
