On the effect of a potential form on the scattering ion energy
Description
Computer simulation of scattering of low-energy K+ ions by V mono- and polycrystal is conducted by molecular dynamics technique using different potentials and experimental studies of energy spectra of K+ ions scattered by V polycrystals. Effect of potential type on energy characteristics of scattered ions and on the track of their motion is determined
