Description
Positron lifetime and lineshape parameter S measurements are reported for polycrystalline aluminium with different grain size. The results show that the grain boundaries can act as positron traps. The percentage of positrons trapped and annihilated on the surface of the grains depends on the grain size. 1 fig., 2 tabs., 16 refs
