Intensive research work in pharmacokinetics and the availability of highly pure α-emitters and Auger-electron-emitters like H-3, I-125, Bi-201, At-211, Ga-67 for different establishments gave the efforts in radionuclide therapy of tumors new stimulation. Thereby α-emitters are favourable distinguished by their high LET and pathways of several cell diameters both from Auger-electron-emitters and 'soft' β-emitters
