Cold fusion heat generation device, steam generator and power plant

Description

In a cold fusion device, an excitating power source circuit is disposed, independent of an electrolyzing power source circuit, for increasing a current density on a cathode and promoting a deuterium absorbing effect. That is, electric current of such an amount required for the cathode to absorb deuterium is supplied to the electrolyzing power source circuit, and after sufficient absorption, an electric current density is kept at a level required for suppressing release of deuterium. On the other hand, if the deuterium density in the electrode reaches a sufficiently high value, electric current is supplied to the excitating power source circuit, or it is turned on and off to stimulate the inside of the cathode by electric current. In the excitating power source circuit, since electric current is supplied only along wires, electric resistance is small, and electric loss is small. An output/input ratio is great, so that heat is generated efficiently. Further, an electrolysis chamber and a steam generation chamber are partitioned by a wall in an identical vessel, light water is heated in the steam generating chamber by utilizing a portion of a heat exchanging wall of the partition wall, to generate steams. The constitution is simple and it is excellent in practical use. (N.H.)
