Description

Several Radiopharmacy Centers have found to optimize the 2,6 diisopropylphenyl carbamoylmethylimino-diacetic acid (DISIDA) kit production to be labelled with technetium-99m. In this paper is studied the methodology for its production developed by the Radiopharmacy Laboratory of the Integrated Program for Imagenology of the National Cancer Fighting Campaign. A commercial DISIDA and low lyophylization time were used for this purpose. This kit is being manufactured with 4.5 hours of lyophylization and presented similar characteristics with the ones produced by different international and national Centers. This kit is used for hepatobiliary studies. (author)
