New investigation of the low asymmetric x-ray Bragg diffraction by a bent crystal
- 1. Institute for Metal Physics, National Academy of Sciences of the Ukraine, 36 Vernadsky St., 03680 Kiev-142, Ukraine (Ukraine)
Description
A dispersion analysis is carried out for low asymmetric x-ray Bragg diffraction in the case of one-dimensional bending. The cases of strong and weak deformations are examined in detail. Considering the asymmetric Bragg cases of steep incidence and steep exit, the new effect is established for the integrated intensity of the diffracted wave. An interpretation of this effect, based on the 'quasi-block' model of a bent crystal, is presented
