Description

This paper describes the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission's (CNSC) approach in the development of the regulatory framework to control the import and export of radioactive sources in accordance with the Code of Conduct on the Safety and Security of Radioactive Sources. CNSC's risk-informed regulatory principles serve as a guide in focussing efforts. (author)
