Inelastic interaction of a positron (electron) beam with a similarly charged macroparticle

Description

Results of mathematical modelling in (r, z) electric field geometry near conducting charged macroparticles are described. Light similarly charged beam particle (electrons, positrons) scattering cross sections on these bodies depending on incident particle energy, macroparticle configuration, external longitudinal magnetic field are determined. It is shown that inelastic beam particle interaction with macroparticle may be efficient for provision of 108-109 V/cm electrostatic field surface intencity
