Stellar energy loss through e+e-→νν in E6

Description
We calculate the energy loss due to neutrino-pair production in e+e- annihilation in the superstring-inspired E6 model which has one extra low-energy neutral gauge boson. In addition, the contribution of the Higgs boson arising from a general low-energy superpotential has also been estimated. Within the context of existing neutral-current data we analyze our results
