Radiation heating of electrons and time of inelastic electron-phonon scattering in YBaCuO compound

Description
Time of electron energy relaxation due to electron-photon interactions in films of the YBaCuO high-temperature superconductor is measured for the first time. The results give evidence for considerable gain of electron-photon interaction in this compound in comparison with the usual superconducting metals
