Description
The main objective of this paper is to utilize the Coulomb-nuclear-interference (CNI) effects in inelastic scattering for quantitative assessments of charge and mass transition rates, and thereby deduce the Mn=Mp ratios for 118;120;122;124Sn isotopes for the (0+g.s → 2+1; λ = 2) and (0+1g.s → 3-1; λ = 3) transitions using 7Li beam as a probe at Elab = 28 MeV
