The superconducting properties and microstructure of the Y1Ba2Cu3O7-x compound
- 1. Beijing Univ., BJ (China). Coll. of Iron and Steel
Description
Y1Ba2Cu3O7-x superconductors with zero resistance temperature Tce > - 90K were fabricated by the ordinary ball- milling process. This paper reports the superconducting properties, density and microstructure of the specimens. After prolonged ball-milling time, in the range of 0-4h, Meissner transition becomes sharp, the density rises, and critical transition temperature decreases somewhat
