Action for anomaly in Fermi superfluids: quantized vortices and gap nodes
Description
The general expression for the topological Novikov-Wess-Zumino (NWZ) term in the hydrodynamic action of Fermi superfluids is derived, which can be applied both to the systems with the gap nodes in the momentum space, such as superfluid 3He-A, and to conventional superconductors with quantized vortices. The action is expressed in terms of the volume of the 6-dimensional phase space. 30 refs
