A study on the flux density of the Bremsstrahlung converted from the 200 MeV electron beam
- 1. China Science and Technology Univ., Hefei (China)
Description
Through determining the yields of the photonuclear reaction 12C(γ, n)11C at different heights of the 'rabbit', the photon flux density of the Bremsstrahlung converted from the 200 MeV electron beam at National Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory was studied. It was found that the half-width of angular distribution was 3 degree, larger than the result of Monte Carlo simulation calculation. The irradiation conditions for photon activation analysis of different elements and production of neutron-deficient nuclides were proposed
